Nicholas spent several years working on Internet Infrastructure and Networking in the U.S. and across Canada as a Vice President at Harris Bank and the Bank of Montreal. From there he went on to start Pennant, a hosting company that managed the internet infrastructure for Fortune 1000 companies. After building Pennant into a multimillion dollar company as President, he sold Pennant to WHITTMANHART where he took the role of Vice President of Managed Hosting. Doubling the hosting revenue at WHITTMANHART, he left WHITTMANHART in 2006 join ITV Ventures as Chief Information Officer.
Nicholas obtained his Bachelors of Science in Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign. While completing the coursework for his Masters of Science in Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign, he co-published “A Niched Pareto Genetic Algorithm for Multiobjective Optimization” at the International Conference on Evolutionary Computation.
Nicholas has over 17 years of experience working with Internet related technologies. He is an avid Saltwater Aquarist, a current Member of American Mensa and is fluent in two languages while studying a third.
