ITV Ventures™Compensation Plan Terms and Definitions

Independent Business Owners (IBOs) are eligible to participate in the ITV Ventures™compensation plan. All new IBO’s need a sponsor and an active IBO may sign up a new IBO through the Business Management Center (back office) of their ITV Ventures™customized website.
The ITV Venture’s compensation program is based on:
Retail sales to customers yielding profits up to 100% paid weeklyFast Cash Bonuses of $25 and $150 paid weeklyWholesale product commission on Total Living Members orders paid monthly4 x 7 Power Matrix commission payout paid monthlyITV Ventures™IBOSign up for $499 and receive:

IBOs can add a 5th IBO on their first level when levels 1, 2 and 3 are full.
Achieved Status always remains, but IBOs will be paid commissions according to Active Status. (Active status means meeting the monthly $100. PV qualification and the $29.00 per month MAP)
Roll up PolicyWhen a position becomes empty the frontline IBO with the highest status will roll into that position with other frontline IBOs becoming frontline to that IBO.When status is equal the IBO with the largest number of personally sponsored active IBOs will roll up.When still equal the IBO with the largest group volume will roll up.Mentor Bonus:When an IBO helps an IBO in their Power Matrix sponsor, a $20. Mentor Bonus will be paid. This Mentor Bonus increases as IBO moves up through Payout Plan ranks. (*see Rank explanations below)
Commission Qualifications:Retail Profit and Fast Cash Bonuses:Active IBOs at all times are qualified to earn Retail Profit and Fast Cash Bonuses
Matrix Based Commissions and Bonuses:Require either:
A monthly Volume qualification of $100 Personal Volume (PV) during the calendar month.Or
An IBO may qualify by purchasing a $100 OAP Certificate.A few things to note:Personal Volume (PV) is made up of Volume from product purchased personally by the IBO, as well as by their Customers and Total Living Members.Group Volume (GV) is made up of the sum of all wholesale volume of all the IBO’s in your Power Matrix from Levels 1-7.PV can be created from Customers or TLMs can satisfy $100 monthly PV requirement.IBOs may select a pre-assembled product pack that will ship automatically to satisfy monthly PV qualification IF qualification is not met by Customer or TLM volume.As OAP Certificates are turned into Credit in the IBO’s Account. Account Credit used by an IBO to purchase product must be subtracted from the IBO’s PV when calculating for Volume qualification.OAP Certificates do not have Volume, but are used as an alternative to the Volume requirement.IBOs are automatically enrolled in the Monthly Action Program (MAP) at $29.95 per month for required training.Active and Commission Qualified: IBOs are, at all times, qualified to earn commissions on customer retail sales and TLM. Monthly Power Matrix commissions require a monthly qualification of $100 PV during the calendar month. PV may be obtained by any combination of IBO personal wholesale purchases plus the purchases of customers and TLMsIBO Levels of Achievement:Bronze IBO: Maintain 2 personally sponsored Commission Qualified IBOs
Silver IBO: Maintain 4 personally sponsored Commission Qualified IBOs*Silver - 1000 Organizational Volume**Silver - 1500 Organizational Volume***Silver - 2000 Organizational Volume
Gold IBO: Maintain 8 personally sponsored Commission Qualified IBOs*Gold - 2500 Organizational Volume**Gold - 5000 Organizational Volume***Gold - 7500 Organizational Volume
Team Building and Infinity Bonus Qualifications:An IBO that has achieved Platinum status or higher, is eligible to earn a Team Mentoring bonus of $25 to $65 and an Infinity bonus of 1% to 5%. These bonuses are paid to Active and Commission Qualified IBOs on their Coded Organizational Volume only.
Coded Organization:As soon as an IBO achieves Platinum status, the process of “coding the organization” begins. The coded organization starts with the first newly personally sponsored IBO that the new Platinum IBO sponsor’s into your organization.
From this point on, all IBO’s sponsored into the organization are “coded”. The Team Building Mentor Bonus and Infinity Bonus are paid out on the “coded” portion of the organization only. It is paid out to an unlimited number of depth levels, until a new Platinum IBO emerges within the organization.
Once a new Platinum IBO emerges within an existing Platinum’s organization, the new Platinum IBOs organization begins to be coded. The Team Mentoring and Infinity Bonus portion payout of that leg is paid to the new Platinum IBO on his coded organization only.
Platinum IBO: Maintain 10 personally sponsored Commission Qualified IBOs who have each sponsored one or more commission qualified IBOs and 2 consecutive months of $10,000 Organization Volume (including their own Personal Volume) within their 4X7 Power Matrix
Team Building Mentor Bonus: $25.001% Infinity Bonus, on Coded Organization Volume, paid up to next equal ranking IBO (see full explanation below)One Star Platinum IBO: 20 personally sponsored Commission Qualified IBOs who have each sponsored one or more commission qualified IBOs and 2 consecutive months of $20,000 Organizational Volume (including their own Personal Volume) within their 4X7 Power Matrix
Team Building Mentor Bonus: $35.002% Infinity Bonus, on Coded Organizational Volume, paid up to the next equal ranking IBO Qualifies for monthly car bonus of $500 with ownership documentation (Car Bonuses are paid monthly)Two Star Platinum IBO: 30 personally sponsored Commission Qualified IBOs who have each sponsored one or more commission qualified IBOs and 2 consecutive months of $30,000 Organizational Volume (including their own Personal Volume) within their 4X7 Power Matrix
