Becoming a Representative with ITV Ventures

3.1 — Requirements to Become a Representative
To become an ITV Representative, each applicant must:
Be the age of majority in his or her state of residence;
Reside in a country in which ITV is authorized to do business, as listed in official ITV materials;
Have a valid Social Security, Social Insurance, or Federal Tax ID number; and
Submit a properly completed and signed Representative Application and Agreement to ITV.
The company reserves the right to reject any applications for a new Representative or applications for renewal.
3.2 — New Representative Registration by Online Enrollment, Mail or Fax
A Sponsor may enroll the new Representative online at the Sponsor’s retail website or, the new Representative can be enrolled by mailing or faxing a completed Representative Application and Agreement to the ITV Home Office.
3.3 — Representative Entry Level Position
Upon acceptance of the enrollment materials by ITV, each new Representative will begin at the Representative level. There are no commissions paid on this level until certain conditions have been met in order to qualify for payments from the ITV commission program.For other bonuses, payouts and considerations, Representatives must satisfy the same requirements for “active” status. See Section 6.2.
3.4 — Representative Benefits
Once a Representative Application and Agreement has been accepted by ITV, the benefits of the Marketing and Compensation Plan and the Representative Agreement are available to the new Representative. These benefits include the right to:
Sell ITV services and products, which are described in the ITV on—line product catalog, and profit from these sales;
Participate in the ITV Marketing and Compensation Plan and receive bonuses and commissions, if eligible (Section 7.1);
Sponsor other individual Representatives into the ITV business and thereby, build a marketing organization and progress through the ITV Marketing and Compensation Plan;
Receive periodic ITV literature and other ITV communications;
Participate in ITV—sponsored support, service, training, motivational and recognition functions, upon payment of appropriate charges, if applicable; and
Participate in promotional and incentive contests and programs sponsored by ITV for its Representatives.
3.5 — Renewal of Your ITV Business
The term of the Representative Agreement is one year from the date of its acceptance by ITV. All active Representatives must renew their Representative Agreement each year by paying an annual renewal fee of $99.00 on or before the anniversary date of their Representative Agreement. If a Representative provides a debit card, credit card or checking account information, Representatives understand and authorize ITV to automatically charge their credit card, debit card or checking account the annual renewal fee of $99.00 during the month of their anniversary of becoming a Representative. A Representative may terminate the automatic authorization at any time by sending written notice of the same to ITV. Such written notice must be received by ITV no less than 30 days prior to the anniversary of this Agreement and must include name, address, and Representative ID number.
If the renewal fee is not paid within 30 days after the expiration of the current term of the Representative Agreement, the active Representative’s position will be toggled “inactive”, thereby removing access to and privileges in the ITV Business Center.
If the renewal fee is not received within the subsequent 30 days (a total of 60 days after the expiration of the current term of the Representative Agreement), all non—renewed Representatives will lose their position in the ITV field organization and must re—apply as a ITV Representative under the structure of Section 12.1 in order to achieve “active” status again.
All Representatives toggled “inactive” by virtue of their failure to produce Wholesale Dollar Volume (“WDV”) for three (3) consecutive calendar months (Section 6.2) must restore their position to active status by producing Wholesale Dollar Volume (WDV) through personal purchase or customer purchase of at least $99.00 (Section 6.2) before the anniversary date of their Representative Agreement. Inactive Representatives will be unable to renew their Agreement until their position is recognized as active
